Specific rather than reassuring, because "we value your privacy" tells you nothing.

Bronte Menswear, 2310 Palisades Center Drive, West Nyack, NY 10994, is responsible for the personal information described here. This explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to get rid of it. It is deliberately specific, because "we value your privacy" tells you nothing.
Account details. Your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash we cannot reverse), and your display preferences for units and currency.
Measurements. The twenty-one body measurements in your Fit Profile, your answers about posture and shape, your fit preferences, and a confidence value for each measurement. We keep every revision, with its date and who made it, so you and we can both see what changed and why.
Photographs, only if you ask. See the next section.
Orders. What you bought, what it cost, the configuration you chose, the delivery address, and the production history. We keep this for as long as tax law requires — currently six years.
Payment. We never see or store your full card number. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits, the card brand, and a reference to the transaction.
Atelier Online. Photographs you send with an alteration request or a fit check, the notes you write, and the tailor's response. These are stored because a tailor needs to look at them and because they are the record of what we did to your garment.
Site usage. Server logs containing IP address, browser and the pages requested, kept for 30 days for security and diagnosis. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in and remember your unit and currency preferences.
When you use the camera scan, a pose-detection model is downloaded to your browser. Your photographs are captured in your browser, analysed in your browser, and discarded in your browser when the tab closes. What leaves your device is a set of numbers: measurements and confidence values.
If you would like a tailor to look at your silhouette as well as your numbers, there is a checkbox — unticked by default — that saves the two photographs to your account. Only you and the tailors working on your orders can see them. They are served through links that expire, never from a public address.
You can delete saved photographs at any time from Account → Measurements, or from Settings, and deletion is immediate and permanent.
Where the law asks us to have a lawful basis:
Body measurements and photographs receive extra care in every system that touches them, and access is limited to the tailors who need it to do the work.
Only the companies that make the service run, and only what they need:
We do not share your measurements or photographs with any of them beyond what is described above, and we do not sell data to anybody.
Your account and measurements: until you delete them. Orders: six years, for tax. Fit checks and alteration records: three years, so we can see the history of a garment. Saved photographs: until you delete them, or until you close your account. Server logs: 30 days.
You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose, or ask us to send it to another company in a portable form.
Most of this is available immediately in your account. For anything else, write to us through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Session cookies are HTTP-only, secure and same-site. Photographs are served only through expiring links. Administrative access is role-restricted and every change a tailor makes to your measurements is logged with their name and their reason.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects you, we will tell you, and we will tell you what we know rather than what sounds best.
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will email you before it takes effect.
